Research
What policies will improve our land, our infrastructure, and economic well-being? What lessons can we learn in the country’s biggest metropolitan area that apply across the country? Across the globe? The Rutgers Center for Real Estate is taking the lead in producing key industry-relevant research with the potential to shape policy for years to come.
“Right now all of the existing real estate programs are silent on these important issues that are facing us right now,” says Morris Davis, the Paul V. Profeta Chair at Rutgers Business School. No longer. The Center aims to advance the frontier of real estate knowledge by academic thought leaders through research with an emphasis on establishing global expertise in three areas:
- Real Estate and the Macroeconomy
- New Urbanism
- Global Logistics
